♥ BBQ Chicken

4 pounds skinless boneless chicken thighs
marinade:
1 cup shoyu
1 cup ketchup
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup sherry
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 inch ginger
1/4 cup flour
place chicken in a foil-lined 9x13 pan sprayed with pam. mix marinade ingredients and pour over chicken. bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. but if you are using chicken with the bone and skin on place chicken skin up and cook for 1 hour.
tips: i pared mines with buttery corn, i use frozen corn cause it's the closes thing that taste like fresh corn, i melted butter with alittle of hawaiian salt and mixed the corn in and cooked. but follow the directions on the back of the frozen corn bag.
