♥ Prime Rib

this was also apart of grant's birthday dinner and my dad would always make prime rib so i decided that i wanted to make it for the first time and it's super easy!

1 prime rib (costco is the best)
1 garlic (minced)
hawaiian salt
pepper

preheat oven to 550 degrees. take the prime rib out of the frig and let it air dry til it's room temp. rub alot of hawaiian salt and pepper, then rub the garlic, on both sides. place it on a baking sheet having the fat facing up. IMPORTANT TIP: when cooking the prime rub you 1 pound for 5 minutes. for example: if you have a 6 pounds prime rib you will cook it for 30 minutes. once you finish cooking the prime rib for whatever amount you turn off the oven, DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN for 2 hours. after the two hours is up open the oven take it out and cut your pieces. if it is alittle too pink for you, you can always put it in the micro for however long you want it to. super simple and super easy and very yummy!
