♥ Stuffed Chicken


6 boneless chicken breast
1 (8oz) cream cheese (soften)
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms (cleaned and diced)
1/2 cup frozen spinach (defrosted and drained)
1 garlic minced
1 large egg
3 tablespoon butter
salt and pepper to taste
panko

preheat oven to 375 degrees. pound out chicken til it's flat. mix all ingredients except butter, egg, and panko. spoon equal amounts of the filling on to the chicken. roll it like a jelly roll style and secure it with toothpicks. after dip the chicken in the egg wash and roll it in the panko. place chicken in a baking dish and drizzle over the butter. bake for 30 minutes or until it's golden brown.

gravy:
use one can of cream of mushroom

tips. you can stuff the chicken with anything, you can always try stuffing it with bacon and other types of meat
