♥ Baked Manju


5 cups flour
2 cups oil
3/4 cold water
1 teaspoon salt
2 cans Koshian (fine)
2 egg yolks

Mix flour, oil, water, and salt. Form and flatten batter in palm of hand. Place scoop of Koshian in center and cover with edges of dough. Pinch to seal edges. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. The with the 2 egg yolks beat in a small bowl and brush on every manju for a nice golden top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This recipe makes rough 60 - 2 inch manjus
