Pork and String Beans


1 bag string beans (got mines from the farmers market)
1 pound pork, thinly sliced

sauce:

1/4 cup shoyu
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
pepper to taste

mix sauce ingredients all together and let in marinate in the pork for 20 minutes in a frying pan, fry pork together with sauce ingredients and simmer until pork is cooked. and string beans and continue cooking, uncovered, until beans are tender. stir occasionally and serve.
