♥ Slow Roasted BBQ Ribs


rack of ribs
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons paprika
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce plus extra for serving
1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar

preheat oven to 300 degrees. line a large baking pan with aluminum foil. place ribs, bone down in prepared pan drizzle with oil. in a small bowl combine sugar, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Rub sugar mixture over ribs loosely cover with foil. bake for 2 hours, or until tender. uncover, brush with sauce and bake 10 minutes more. serve with additional sauce.
