♥ Smoke Meat Special


you really have to get really good smoke meat, i love mines super spicy, and grant picks it up for me from his friend doming he sells his smoke meat $20 dollars a bag. if you would like to buy just facebook me.

smoke meat (spicy or not, sliced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 slices of ginger (minced)
1/2 cup shoyu
1 cup sugar
1 onion (sliced)
cornstarch and water mixture
2 tablespoons olive oil

saute garlic, ginger in olive oil. add the smoke meat and onions and let it cook. once the meat is cooked and the onions are tender add shoyu and sugar. let it simmer for about 10 minutes, then add the cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce. let it simmer for 5 minutes and serve =)
