♥ Beef Stew

I made beef stew in the pressure cooker, cause it was way faster and it made the meat nice and tender. =) But if you don't have a pressure cooker then you will just cook everything til the meat and all the veggies are nice and tender =)

1-2 lbs stew meat
1 can stew tomatoes
1 package beef stew mix
4 medium/small size potatoes (cut in half)
3 carrots (cut in thirds)
2 onions (cut into fourths)
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
salt and pepper (to taste)

cornstach and water mixture

cook meat and garlic together, make sure it's nice and brown. then mix together the beef stew mix with 3 cups of water. then add your potatoes, carrots, stew tomatoes, and onions. mix together and then let it go for about 25 minutes after it starts jingo. then to thick it up add cornstarch and water mixture and to however thick you want it to be. and then you add your salt and pepper to taste =) and enjoy!!!
