♥ Korean Chicken

5 lb bag of chicken wings and drummettes mix
1/2 cup shoyu
3/4 cup sugar
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
3 hawaiian chili peppers (minced)
1 tablespoon of pepper flakes
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
salt
flour
oil
cornstarch and water mixture

sprinkle salt over chicken. mix well and let it stand for about an hour, or you have it stand overnight in the frig. drain excess water, and roll in flour and deep fry the chicken until it is done. while the chicken is frying, in a pot mix the rest of the ingredients expect the cornstarch and water mixture. let it simmer for about 10 minutes and then add the cornstarch and water mixture to the thickness you want it to be. after chicken is done put it in the sauce to coat it. serve over hot rice =)
it is alittle spicy but if you don't like the spiciness you can always cut back of the pepper flakes or the amount of hawaiian chili peppers
