♥ Teriyaki Furikaki Salmon

1 slab of salmon
furikaki
mayo

teriyaki sauce:

2 cups shoyu
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup mirin
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 pieces of ginger
cornstarch and water mixture

wasabi sauce:

wasabi
mayo
shoyu

first combine all ingredients except the cornstarch and water mixture of the teriyaki sauce. once it is all mixed add the cornstarch and water mixture cook until it is thick. you want it to be more on the thicker side so it will stick to the salmon. once it is done, put the salmon on a baking sheet lined with foil, and spray pam on the pan before you put the salmon so it doesn't stick. then pour the teriyaki sauce over the salmon, and spoon the enough mayo over the salmon, you kind of want a semi thick layer of salmon, then add the furikaki and press in lightly. bake in the oven for 20 minutes on 350 degrees. then make the wasabi sauce, add as much wasabi, mayo, and shoyu to your taste and spoon over the salmon and serve =)
