♥ Bacon Lettuce Tomato Corn Pasta

8 slice cooked bacon, drained and chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1 cup frozen corn, cooked
1/2 cup of the corn water (the water that you cooked the corn in)
1 container of grape tomatoes, sliced in half
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 cups lettuce (optional)
pasta

first off chopped the bacon and cook it until it is nice and crispy, remove the bacon from the pan but same the bacon fat. in the same pan with the bacon fat add the onions and garlic. while the garlic and onions are cooking to be tender, in another pot follow the directions in cooking the frozen corn. after the corn is done, add 1/2 cup of corn water into the pan with the garlic and onions. then drain the rest of the water of the corn and let the corn sit. to the garlic and onion pan add the salt, red pepper flakes, corn, grape tomatoes, and the cooked pasta. mix well then add the mozzarella cheese and make sure it is evenly mixed in. once it is down you can add the lettuce and the bacon and serve!
