♥ Kaula Pig in Slow Cooker

4-5 lbs pork shoulder
2 tablespoons liquid smoke
2 tablespoons hawaiian salt
2 large ti leaves (cleaned)
1 cup water

rub pork all over with liquid smoke and hawaiian salt. then wrap the pork in two cleaned ti leaves and place it in the slow cooker. pour 1 cup of water and cook it on high for 6 hours. when done take two forks and shred pork in the slow cooker, by doing that it mixes with the water mixture and give it more flavor. serve over rice enjoy!
