1/2 stick of butter (melted)
1/3 cup sugar
1 cream cheese (room temp)
1 cup sour cream
1 8 oz. cool whip
1 bottle of the honomujams lilikoi butter
first mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. then press into an 8 inch pan. then bake til it's nice and golden brown on 350 degrees. roughly about 8 minutes. let it cool, while it is cooling, in a bowl mix together cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, and cool whip. place half of the cream cheese mixture in the graham cracker crust. then put the lilikoi butter in the microwave for about 10 seconds, you'll be using the whole bottle. place the the lilikoi butter in the middle and work your way to it is evenly spread out but leaving about an inch away from the ends. then add the rest of the cream cheese mixture on top and then place in the frig to set for about 4 hours. if you want you can place it in the freeze for about an 1 hour, just so the butter then can set. serve and enjoy!
